BREAKFAST. BREAKFAST. BREAKFAST.

Mom told you when you were growing up that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is. If you skip breakfast you're more likely to be obese and develop Type II Diabetes. Both will shorten your life. The whole breakfast in a classroom program has become controversial BUT eating a breakfast is not.

In my practice it's always people who are the most overweight who skip breakfast and or frequently forget the coffee and pastry they ate because it was so small...still managing to choke down 4-500 calories. This Saturday morning I will have the famed, healthy chef to the stars, Gavan Murphy on to tell us how to make a tasty yet healthy breakfast.

Here's what to do: Eat a healthy breakfast EVERY morning - oat meal or fruit or combo. Listen to the show this Saturday and hear my interview with Chef Gavan Murphy on how to make a delicious and healthy breakfast.
